Signet Enterprises is a private-equity firm that was formed under the name Janna Enterprises in 1995 to acquire companies through acquisition, to manage newly acquired companies and to pursue strategic commercial real-estate investment opportunities. The company is the logical extension of Signet Development, which was founded in 1990.
