Kenneth J. Krismanth
President
Ken is an owner and President of Signet Enterprise and Signet Healthcare and responsible for oversight of all stages of the development process for the companies, including new project development, project structuring, finance, strategic project financing, asset management and budgeting.
He joined the company in 1998 to lead the development of numerous projects and expansion strategies as well as spearheading the company’s acquisition efforts. Ken brings more than sixteen years of development and finance experience to Signet Enterprises and Signet Healthcare
Prior to joining Signet Enterprises, Ken was Vice President of Corporate Banking for National City Bank and Bank One, where he was responsible for financial structuring and portfolio management in the areas of senior debt, capital market, investment real estate and structured finance. Ken was also a member of the bank’s acquisition due diligence initiatives and a team leader for acquisition transitional management committees.
Ken holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He serves in leadership and board positions for a number of civic organizations and is actively involved with the Leadership Jacksonville, JCCI Study Committee, Northeast Florida Association of Real Estate Professionals (NEFAR), Special Olympics, WEGO and Junior Achievement.
