Anthony S. Manna

Businessman and entrepreneur Anthony Manna founded and started the concept and platform for Signet Enterprises in 1995 in Akron, Ohio. As an innovative leader, Mr. Manna’s vision was to successfully synchronize a team of professionals to create what he calls an intellectual capital company. Signet Enterprises brings that vision to fruition.
By focusing on a diversified portfolio of investments consisting of real estate, manufacturing and service companies, Signet Enterprises has created a unique system for acquisition, financing and development that is both innovative and time sensitive. As part of its portfolio, Signet Enterprises has two (2) subsidiaries, Signet Industries, LLC (which focuses in on business acquisitions and start-ups), and Signet Development, Ltd (which focuses in on real estate developments and acquisitions).
Signet Industries, LLC, has successfully acquired and/or developed seventeen (17) primary manufacturing and service businesses in the United States and overseas, including wholly-owned enterprises and joint ventures in the Cayman Islands, China, Singapore, and other parts of Southeast Asia.
Signet Development, Ltd. has developed a number of commercial and health care real estate developments, from commercial offices, hotels, multi-family facilities, health care facilities, to stadiums, all over the country. Signet Development, Ltd. has also developed a number of real estate ventures and facilities through public-private partnerships with government entities.
A distinctive example of Signet’s capabilities is the Akron Stadium Corporation, which was responsible for bringing the "AA" affiliate of the Cleveland Indians to Akron, Ohio and developing a $34 million minor league baseball stadium. The most significant part of which was accomplished in 90 days from the time Mr. Manna originally introduced the concept through signed contracts with Akron Stadium Corporation, the minor league baseball team and the city. Financing, development and construction were all done ahead of schedule.
Mr. Manna is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the Emory University School of Law. He is also the Chairman and founder of the business law firm of Brennan, Manna and Diamond, LLC, which specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare and real estate.
Mr. Manna is on the Board of Directors of Westfield Bank, FSB; Westfield Bancorp, Inc.; and Westfield Credit Corp. He is also on the Board of Advisors of SGS Manufacturing; and Brenlin Holdings.
